What is a lot number, and how is a lot different from a batch?
The identifier for the specific manufacturing and testing run your vial belongs to, printed on the vial and matched on its published record.
How do I verify a lot?
Scan the QR code on the vial, or enter the lot code at nuepharmahealth.com/verify/.
What if my lot code can’t be found, or my vial doesn’t match its record?
Contact Support with the lot code and, if you have it, your order reference. Do not assume either the vial or the record is wrong on your own.
What “verified” means, and what a lot code or QR code does not prove
A resolved record shows what was measured, by whom, and when. The printed code itself proves nothing; what matters is the record it resolves to and whether it matches your vial.
