How do I verify a lot?

Scan the QR code printed on the vial, or go to nuepharmahealth.com/verify/ and enter the lot code directly. A code matching a published lot opens that lot’s record immediately — no account, no search, and no app required.

A code that does not match any published lot returns nothing, plainly. This site does not invent a result for a code it does not recognize, and treats that as the correct behavior rather than a failure to work around.

If the code does not resolve. The lookup says so plainly rather than guessing. That means one of three things: the code was mistyped, the lot has not been released, or the material did not come from us. No result is invented for an unknown code.

What a match does and does not establish. A resolving code confirms that a lot with that code was published, and shows you what was recorded about it. It does not by itself prove that the vial in your hand is from that lot — that is what the physical code on the vial, matching the record, is for.
