Research use only

All materials supplied by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a Wyoming limited liability company ("NuePharma") are for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they are not for human or veterinary use, consumption or administration. NuePharma does not provide, and its materials must not be used for, any human or animal application.

NuePharma publishes no dosing, administration, reconstitution or personal-use information, and none should be inferred from any part of this website.

Who may purchase

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must acquire materials solely for lawful laboratory research. The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all laws, rules and institutional policies that apply to them, their organisation and their jurisdiction.

Before entering the purchase flow, a purchaser confirms these statements. That confirmation records the statement version and a server-side timestamp; it establishes what was declared, not the purchaser's identity, institution or actual use.

No resale without agreement

Resale or redistribution is prohibited without an approved wholesale agreement.

Organisations purchasing at volume for their own research may apply for a wholesale agreement. The initial wholesale minimum is 10 vials.

Documentation, not medical or legal assurance

NuePharma publishes lot-level analytical documentation so a buyer can evaluate what they receive. That documentation describes the material; it is not a representation about fitness for any particular research purpose beyond the specifications stated on the lot record.

Nothing on this website, and no disclaimer within it, limits any right or remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law. No disclaimer on this site shields NuePharma from regulatory oversight or from legal claims.

Changes

This policy is versioned. A material change is published as a new version, and the version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order.
