The seller
Orders are sold by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a Wyoming limited liability company.
Orders and acceptance
An order placed through this website is an offer to purchase. NuePharma may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, and will decline an order where the stated or apparent use is inconsistent with laboratory research use, where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where supply is restricted.
A contract of sale is formed only when NuePharma confirms that an order has been accepted for fulfilment.
Eligibility certification
At checkout the purchaser certifies that they are at least 21 years old, that they are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research, that the materials are not for human or veterinary use, consumption or administration, and that they agree to the Research Use Policy and these Terms of Sale.
The certification is mandatory. The accepted policy version, order identifier and a server-side timestamp are recorded. These records are not publicly displayed.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; NuePharma does not receive or store full payment card details.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
Orders ship within the United States only and are fulfilled through a third-party fulfilment facility located in the United States. Shipping, cancellation and returns are governed by the Shipping Policy and the Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Resale
Resale or redistribution is prohibited without an approved wholesale agreement.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver. Any such provision would be added only after review by qualified counsel and would apply only to orders placed after it is published.
Limitation
Except as stated on the applicable lot record, materials are supplied without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. No disclaimer here shields NuePharma from regulatory oversight or from legal claims.
