What if my lot code can’t be found, or my vial doesn’t match its record?

A code that returns no result usually means the lot has not been published yet, or the code was misread. A record that does not match what is on your vial — a different compound, a different strength, or testing information that looks wrong — is worth reporting rather than assuming.

Either way, contact Support with the lot code from your vial and, if available, your order reference. It will be looked into directly rather than left to guesswork on either side.
