Help & Research Center COAs & Documentation

How do I read a COA, and match it to my vial?

Find the lot code on your vial, confirm it matches the lot code on the certificate, then check the testing laboratory and test dates.

Start with the lot code printed on your vial. Every published NuePharma lot record states its lot code prominently — confirm it matches exactly before relying on anything else in the document. From there, a certificate typically identifies: the testing laboratory (named, and independent of NuePharma); the date the material was made and the date it was tested; the identity method and result; and the purity method and result.

If a lot code on your vial does not match any published record, or the record you find does not correspond to the material you have, that is exactly the situation Support exists to help resolve — contact them with the lot code and, if you have it, your order reference.
