Help & Research Center COAs & Documentation

Does documentation stay available after a lot sells out, and can it be corrected?

A published lot record keeps its permanent address regardless of whether the product is still listed. A formal correction/erratum process is not yet published.

Yes. A published lot keeps its own permanent address whether or not the product it belongs to remains listed for sale. A lot that is withdrawn keeps its record too, and that record says it was withdrawn, rather than the record disappearing.

How a correction to already-published documentation would be handled and disclosed is not yet a published, formal process. If you believe a specific record contains an error, contact Support directly with the lot code — that is the right channel today, even before a formal corrections policy exists.
