Demonstration data. Every lot code, purity figure, chromatogram, certificate, laboratory and date on this site is a sample for design review. None of it is a real measurement.

Help & Research Center Verify a Lot

What happens when I scan the QR code, and does the code itself prove authenticity?

The QR code should lead straight to that lot's record. The code's presence alone is not proof — the record it resolves to, and whether it matches your vial, is what matters.

Scanning the QR code on a vial should take you directly to that specific lot’s record on Verify a Lot — the record for the exact batch in your hand, not a general product page.

The QR code or the lot number printed on a label is not, by itself, proof of anything — a printed code can be copied. What matters is whether the code resolves to a genuine, published NuePharma record, and whether the details on that record (compound, strength, testing information) actually correspond to the physical vial you are holding. If they do not, or the code does not resolve at all, contact Support rather than assuming either the vial or the site is wrong.
