Help & Research Center Authenticity

How do I know a product is genuinely from NuePharma, and how do I report a counterfeit concern?

Every legitimate NuePharma lot has a matching published record. A label or QR code alone is not proof — what it resolves to is.

Every lot NuePharma releases should have a corresponding published record on Verify a Lot. A NuePharma-looking label, and a QR code that appears on it, are not by themselves proof of authenticity — a label can be copied. What matters is whether the code resolves to a genuine, published record, and whether that record’s details match the physical vial in front of you.

Verification only works for material that actually reached you through NuePharma or a channel NuePharma can trace — a lot record cannot confirm the chain of custody of a product obtained through an unrelated third party, even if the vial matches a real lot.

If you have reason to believe a product is not genuine — a label that does not verify, a mismatch between the vial and its record, or anything else that looks wrong — contact Support with as much detail as you have. This is one of the more important reports this site can receive, and it is treated that way.
