NuePharma draws a specific line: product transparency is not supply-chain transparency. Everything a buyer needs to evaluate the material in a vial is published — lot code, identity method and result, purity method and result, the full chromatogram, and the signed certificate of analysis. Suppliers, upstream manufacturers, and sourcing arrangements are kept confidential, on principle, the same way they would be for most manufacturers of anything.
On quality, release authority sits with a named function inside the company rather than an individual having a good day — the About page describes how the organization is structured around that. A lot is not published until its required documentation exists; a lot that fails or is withdrawn keeps its record and says so, rather than being deleted.
How a specific product is chosen for the catalog is not yet a published, formal policy — treat that as a question we have not finished answering publicly rather than one we are avoiding.
