- 03 Quote Approved requests receive commercial terms and documentation information.
- 04 Lot assignment The order is associated with the production lot it will ship from.
- 05 Documentation Applicable analytical documentation is attached to that lot.
- 06 Fulfillment Approved orders proceed through the applicable fulfillment process.
- 07 Permanent record The lot stays traceable through its NuePharma record after delivery.
A lot number exists once product is assigned to an order, not before. Turnaround is confirmed during review, not published in advance.
