What a lot record contains

Every released lot has a permanent public page at /lots/<code>. That address never changes and is never deleted.

• Compound and lot code, matching the code printed on the vial
• Manufacture date and test date
• The testing laboratory, named and linked
• Identity result and the method that produced it
• Purity figure and the method that produced it
• The full chromatogram as issued
• The certificate of analysis
• The research-use designation

Checking a vial

Read the lot code on the vial, open the matching record, and confirm the code on the page is the same. If they do not match, do not use the material and contact us.

Handling

Material ships as lyophilized powder in sealed vials, dispatched cold-chain. We do not ship pre-mixed solution: once reconstituted, a peptide’s stability depends on how and when it was mixed and how it has been held since. Shipping lyophilized keeps that within the buyer’s own control rather than asking them to take ours on faith.

What we will not do

We will not publish a purity figure without the certificate behind it, quote a number from our own laboratory as if it were independent, or round a result upward. If a figure is not the highest number available in this category, that is because it is the number we were given.
